Get up and go to work.

Bathe your children.

Cook some meals.

Read the Scriptures.

Get some sunshine on your face.

Laugh.

And for those overachievers-

Listen to Beethoven’s 9th symphony, all of it.  Really, all of it.

Life is still good.
