We have been working to find a way for you, to receive the same chiropractic care we give to our family, WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK! We believe we have hit on the best possible solution. For those who have been part of our test run, we have seen great physical and emotional responses. Now we want you to have the same opportunity.
Here is how our new fee system works (we realize that most of you receiving this email have been patients in our office, but this will be new financial information for you).
MONTH-TO-MONTH
30 day care package $169:
This is for those who require actue care or who want to test drive the annual membership option.
This option allows you to visit our office as often as needed for one month. This is a great way to test drive consistent chiropractic care and typically provides more than $300 in savings. This plan requires no contract or auto-debit! Month-To-Month fees are payable by cash, check, or HSA/Flex card.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
$79 INDIVIDUAL/$129 FOR A FAMILY OF TWO
This is for those who understand or desire consistent care.

This is by far our most popular option and it allows you to visit our office as often as needed for an entire year. This is the same care our family receives. The spine is the gateway to your nervous system; Therefore, chiropractic cares for your nervous system, giving you a better opportunity for total health. Do yourself and your loved ones the favor of becoming, and staying, healthy.
The annual membership requires monthly auto-debit, using credit/debit card or HSA/Flex card. The membership fee is drafted on the first or fifteenth day of the month, and requires a 12 month commitment. Children may be added to the annuel family plan for $10 per month, per child.
Due to the unique nature of our Month-To-Month and membership fee systems, we can not and will not bill health insurance (they will not pay). Also, this helps keep our overhead low, so that we may offer these great prices.

Payable at time of service with no other commitments. Although insurance may be billed, fees are collected at time of service.

First Visit
$75
Your first visit to our office includes a chiropractic exam and your first adjustment. Dr. Swiam will then recommend a care plan that is best for your health issues. The first visit fee is payable by cash, check, credit/debit or HSA/Flex card. After this first visits, you may choose from the options above.
