He is provocative and clear. No pun intended. He makes the science of change, how we change or not, into easy to use tools.
The Format is simple, review a book in 3 sentences or less.

The 3 sentences:
1) Simple carbohydrates, bread, potatoes, cereal, etc… are what make us gain body fat and sick.
2) Insulin resistance and resulting hyperinsulinemia (excess insulin in the blood stream) are the root causes of most of the chronic disease processes seen in our culture.
3) A diet high in protein will cause us to lose body fat, feel fit, and boost your health.
Who should read this book? Anyone that is still eating a Standard American Diet (SAD) and struggling to loose body fat.
