At Swaim Chiropractic, our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.
Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!
The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.

How to Get Started
- You may call or text us at (208) 466-4580 or email us for a New Patient Appointment. Linda or Alysson will set up an appointment time with you.
- You will receive paperwork ahead of your appointment to be completed in your home. If there are any issues with this process, please contact us.
- As part of the New Patient Intake process a Systems Assessment Form is included for your initial exam. This form will be a help to Dr. Swaim for assessing your health issues. And if nutritional information does interest you, this form will be the first step in having that conversation. We are not in network with health insurance companies. Read why here
- We work with patients to keep costs low. We offer payment plans too.
If you have had an Auto Accident we will work with your MedPay on your insurance policy. - Feel free to call, text or email with questions. We love to help you get to know us better before you schedule.
Your First Visit
What to expect on the first visit:
- Step One – Determine if we are the right place for you. If we are, great. If not, let us recommend someone who might be able to help you.
- Step Two – If we agree that you are in the right place, we will do an examination.
- Step Three – We will create a plan and give you financial options.
- Subsequent visits will be on a walk-in basis, unless otherwise determined by our staff. We value your time and strive to complete your visits within 15 minutes, door to door. It is our goal to make it as quick and convenient as possible for your busy schedule while providing you with maximum quality care and service. Cheers to health made simple!
Follow-up Visits
Streamlined Process
When you arrive: Sign-in and head to your adjusting table as directed. Adjustments only require a few minutes.
At the conclusion of your visit
Prepaid packages: You are free to go and enjoy your day!
Ala Carte Plan: Make your payment and enjoy your day! Total time is approximately 12-15 minutes. This streamlined, walk-in process. allows you access to care when it is convenient for you.
