PERSONAL REFLECTION:
I tend to be a skeptic about these kinds of book, but the author cites a surprising amount of research, as well as anecdotal evidence, to present his strategies to improve people’s lives. The book is entertaining, interesting, and thought-provoking. Although real like often makes it difficult to implement these ideas, I do believe there is genuine value in the information shared. The concept of timing medications and blood tests according to the patient’s individual Chronotype is especially intriguing to me.
