Whole food nutrition counseling.
Talk through your eating habits, health concerns, and questions with a provider who takes the time to listen.
Meet your nutrition providers
Abbey Jones, BS, CNC, CTWFN, has her own nutrition practice within Swaim Chiropractic & Wellness, working mainly with women and children. Dr. Swaim works with our male clients. They collaborate on care, with time to talk about your concerns and the changes you want to make.
Intake
Your Systems Assessment Form gives us a starting point: digestion, stress, diet, and symptoms.
Hands-on evaluation
We use palpation, muscle and movement tests to learn more about how you are doing.
Testing if needed
If bloodwork is recommended, the results give us 66 parameters to evaluate your health and nutritional needs.
Your recommendations
We match dietary changes and Standard Process supplements to your assessment and results.
Follow-up
Check in with Abbey and/or Dr. Swaim to review progress and make adjustments.
Bring your questions
You do not need to arrive with all the answers. Tell us what you eat, what concerns you, and what you have already tried. That conversation is part of the consultation.
To ask about an appointment or current consultation costs, contact the Nampa office .
Supplements and counseling
You can order through our Standard Process store, or contact us to order through the office, which can save on shipping. For a personalized assessment or questions about a plan, please contact us; a store order does not include counseling.
